A CSAT score on its own has never changed a decision
Most customer experience teams have more data than conclusions. Survey scores, ticket volumes, handle times and a dashboard that gets screenshotted into a deck once a month without anyone deciding anything from it.
The mentors here have built the reporting and then had to defend it. They know which metrics survive contact with a finance team, how to size a problem in money rather than in tickets, and how to say something true from a sample of forty responses without overclaiming.
Bring the question you are being asked and cannot answer. Whether quality is getting worse or the volume is just up. What a point of CSAT is worth. Why the score moved. Which of six competing problems to fix first. A dashboard nobody opens.
Several of these mentors do this with a spreadsheet rather than a data team, which is probably your situation too. Your first call is free.
What a data analysis and insights mentor helps with
- Choosing the handful of metrics worth reporting, and dropping the rest
- Sizing a customer problem in money so it gets prioritised
- Reading a small sample honestly, without overclaiming
- Tagging and categorising tickets so the categories mean something
- Building a dashboard someone will actually open
- Presenting a number to leadership and surviving the questions

Connecting with Melanie was a godsend for what I was looking for within my company. She not only helped me with very relevant insights for my project but also showed me ways I could improve the company's onboarding process. I was very lucky to meet Melanie, an excellent professional and a wonderful person! It was 100% worth it =)
Sarah was brilliant! I needed help with a teammate who is overconfident and she gave me the best advice. I feel prepared to tackle this challenge!

Questions people ask before booking
Is the first call really free?
Yes. One 30 minute call with any mentor, no card and no trial to cancel. Membership after that is one price for unlimited calls.
Do I need a data team or SQL to get value from this?
No. Most of these mentors built their first reporting in a spreadsheet exported from a help desk, and several still prefer it.
Can a mentor look at our actual dashboard?
Yes. Share a screenshot or a read only link in the booking notes and the call becomes a review rather than a description.
We only get forty survey responses a month. Is that enough for anything?
It is enough to be careful with. Part of what these mentors do is tell you what a small sample can and cannot support.
