When you purchase a paid membership or mentorship session, the price, billing frequency, and applicable renewal terms will be presented before you complete your purchase.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Mentors CX.
Certain features may also be subject to additional policies or terms, including our:
- Privacy Policy;
- Community Guidelines;
- Fair Usage Policy;
- Give Back to the Community ("GBC") Policy;
- Referral Program Terms;
- other policies or rules we publish from time to time.
Where applicable, these additional policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Mentors CX.
By using Mentors CX, you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- the information you provide to us is accurate and not misleading;
- your use of Mentors CX does not violate applicable law;
- you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
If you use Mentors CX on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf where applicable.
2. Accounts
You may need a Mentors CX account to access some or all features.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your information reasonably current;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- activity occurring through your account;
- promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- create an account using false or misleading information;
- transfer or sell your account;
- share an account with another person;
- create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions or promotions;
- use another person's account without permission.
Mentors CX memberships are intended for individual use and are non-transferable unless we expressly offer a separate company or team product.
If an employer or other third party purchases or reimburses your membership, you remain the individual user of the account and must personally comply with these Terms.
3. The Mentors CX Service
Mentors CX connects Customer Experience professionals and other eligible users for mentorship, professional learning, community participation, and related activities.
Features may include:
- mentor discovery;
- mentorship bookings;
- free and paid mentorship sessions;
- mentor profiles;
- member profiles;
- calendar integrations;
- reviews and ratings;
- community access;
- educational resources;
- customer-success support;
- referrals;
- events or community activities;
- other features introduced over time.
Mentors CX provides the technology, community, and infrastructure that facilitate these interactions.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, Mentors CX does not itself provide the mentorship advice offered by individual mentors.
4. First Mentorship Call Free
Eligible new users may receive one free mentorship call through Mentors CX.
The free call is:
- one call per person/account, not one free call per mentor;
- available without requiring a paid membership or credit card;
- subject to mentor availability and acceptance;
- subject to these Terms and our other policies.
Users may select from mentors who are eligible and available to receive requests.
The free-call offer does not guarantee that a particular mentor will accept a request or that a session will occur.
Mentors CX may restrict, withdraw, or refuse the free-call offer where we reasonably believe there has been:
- creation of duplicate accounts;
- fraud;
- manipulation of the promotion;
- abuse;
- circumvention of platform restrictions;
- other misuse.
The free-call offer may be modified or discontinued for future users.
5. Memberships
Mentors CX currently offers paid membership options including:
- Monthly: $99 per month;
- Quarterly: $225 every three months, equivalent to $75 per month;
- Annual: $600 per year, equivalent to $50 per month.
Prices displayed at checkout control in the event of a discrepancy with these Terms.
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
A paid membership may provide access to benefits such as:
- mentorship booking privileges;
- the Mentors CX community;
- member-only resources or features;
- other benefits described on our website.
Membership benefits may evolve over time.
6. Automatic Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Mentors CX and its payment provider to charge the applicable membership fee and any required taxes using your selected payment method at each renewal.
For example:
- monthly memberships renew monthly;
- quarterly memberships renew every three months;
- annual memberships renew annually.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If payment cannot be completed, we may:
- retry the payment;
- request an updated payment method;
- restrict membership features;
- suspend the account;
- cancel the membership.
7. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time through available account functionality or by contacting support@mentorscx.com.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- cancellation stops future renewal;
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period;
- you may continue using applicable membership benefits until the end of that period;
- unused time within the current billing period is not prorated or refunded.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically delete your Mentors CX account.
Account deletion may be requested separately through support@mentorscx.com.
8. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, payments made to Mentors CX are generally non-refundable once charged.
This includes membership fees where a user:
- changes their mind;
- does not use the membership;
- forgets to cancel before renewal;
- does not book mentorship sessions;
- does not participate in the community;
- uses only part of a billing period.
Mentors CX may nevertheless issue a full or partial refund, credit, extension, or other remedy at our discretion where circumstances warrant it, including where a user has experienced a significant service issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Users in certain jurisdictions may have statutory rights to withdraw from online service contracts within a specified period.
Because Mentors CX provides access to membership benefits immediately after purchase, the availability and effect of any statutory withdrawal right may depend on:
- where you live;
- whether you requested immediate performance of the service;
- whether services have already been provided;
- other requirements of applicable consumer law.
Where required, Mentors CX may request appropriate acknowledgment or consent during checkout regarding immediate access to the service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
If you use Mentors CX as a consumer, you may have statutory rights under the laws of the country or jurisdiction where you live.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, the applicable mandatory law will control to the extent of that conflict.
11. Unlimited Mentorship and Fair Usage
Certain Mentors CX memberships may be described as providing unlimited mentorship calls.
"Unlimited" means there is no fixed monthly numerical quota on eligible mentorship calls. It does not mean that:
- every mentor must accept your requests;
- mentors have unlimited availability;
- an unlimited number of simultaneous bookings is permitted;
- Mentors CX guarantees any minimum number of completed calls;
- every mentor provides sessions for free;
- requests may be made through automated or abusive means.
Under our current Fair Usage framework, a member may generally have up to four active or pending mentorship requests at a time.
Once an active request or session is completed, declined, cancelled, or otherwise closed, another request slot may become available.
Use of mentorship features is subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Mentors CX may intervene where usage is abusive, automated, fraudulent, unreasonable, disruptive, harmful to mentors, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the platform.
We may modify Fair Usage rules as the service evolves, provided that material changes are communicated where appropriate.
12. Mentorship Session Length
Mentors determine the session lengths they make available.
Available session durations may include:
- 15 minutes;
- 30 minutes;
- 45 minutes;
- 60 minutes.
Not every mentor will offer every duration.
The available duration and any applicable price will be shown through the relevant booking experience where appropriate.
13. Mentor Availability and Acceptance
Mentors control their own mentorship participation and availability.
Mentors may generally:
- establish their availability;
- select available session durations;
- accept or decline mentorship requests;
- reschedule sessions;
- cancel sessions;
- pause their availability;
- stop participating as a mentor.
Accordingly, Mentors CX does not guarantee:
- that a particular mentor will be available;
- that a mentor will accept a request;
- that a requested session will occur;
- that a mentor will remain on Mentors CX;
- any particular response time;
- any particular mentorship outcome.
Mentors are expected to behave professionally and responsibly.
Mentors CX may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove mentors whose behavior we reasonably believe is unethical, abusive, unreliable, fraudulent, harmful to users, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
14. No-Shows and Repeated Cancellations
Members and mentors are expected to respect confirmed mentorship appointments.
Where a user or mentor repeatedly:
- misses confirmed sessions;
- cancels at the last minute;
- fails to communicate;
- abuses booking functionality;
- otherwise behaves in a manner that materially disrupts mentorship,
Mentors CX may take appropriate action, including:
- warnings;
- booking restrictions;
- temporary suspension;
- community restrictions;
- removal of mentor privileges;
- account termination.
For paid mentorship sessions, the payment rules in Section 18 also apply.
15. Give Back to the Community
Mentors CX operates a Give Back to the Community ("GBC") model intended to encourage mentors to contribute to the community before charging for mentorship.
New mentors are not immediately eligible to charge for mentorship sessions.
Under the current GBC model, a mentor must first receive four qualifying reviews from mentorship sessions before becoming eligible to set a paid rate.
Eligibility is based on four reviews rather than merely four scheduled or completed sessions.
Once eligible, a mentor may:
- continue providing mentorship for free;
- set a paid mentorship rate;
- later change their rate, subject to applicable platform functionality.
There is no requirement for an eligible mentor to begin charging.
Additional details may be described in our Give Back to the Community Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Mentors CX may update reasonable GBC requirements for future participation as the program evolves.
16. Mentor Rates
Once eligible to charge under the GBC framework, mentors generally determine their own mentorship rates.
Mentors CX may:
- provide recommended pricing;
- suggest competitive rates;
- provide pricing guidance;
- display pricing information to users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, mentors remain responsible for selecting their own rates.
Any applicable rate should be displayed to the member before a paid mentorship booking is completed.
17. Mentors CX Platform Fee
For paid mentorship sessions, Mentors CX currently retains a 12% platform fee from the mentor's listed session compensation.
The remaining amount is payable to the mentor subject to:
- successful completion of the mentorship session;
- applicable payout procedures;
- refunds or disputes;
- these Terms;
- legal withholding requirements.
Mentors CX currently absorbs ordinary Stripe payment-processing fees from its 12% platform fee rather than separately deducting those ordinary Stripe fees from the mentor's remaining share.
Different arrangements may apply where:
- alternative payment providers are used;
- unusual transaction costs arise;
- currency conversion is required;
- bank or international transfer fees apply;
- a separate written arrangement is agreed.
Any material change to the standard Mentors CX platform fee will apply prospectively and will be communicated to affected mentors before it becomes effective.
18. Paid Mentorship Sessions
When a member books a paid mentorship session, the member may be charged before the session occurs.
Mentors CX does not ordinarily release the corresponding mentor payout until the session has been confirmed as completed through the applicable platform process.
Mentor No-Show or Failure to Provide the Session
If the mentor does not attend or the mentorship session does not occur because of the mentor, the member will generally receive a refund or reversal of the session payment.
The mentor will not be entitled to payment for a session they did not provide.
Member No-Show
If the member fails to attend a confirmed paid session without appropriate cancellation or agreement with the mentor, the session may be treated as completed for payment purposes and the mentor may remain entitled to the applicable payout.
The mentor may choose, at their discretion, to:
- reschedule the member without an additional mentorship charge; or
- treat the missed appointment as the booked session.
The mentor is not required to provide a replacement session following a member no-show.
Cancellations and Disputes
Where a paid session is cancelled, disputed, or reported as not completed, Mentors CX may review the available information before releasing or refunding payment.
We may consider factors including:
- communications between the parties;
- meeting information;
- booking history;
- timing of the cancellation;
- confirmation from the mentor and member;
- previous conduct;
- other reasonably relevant evidence.
Mentors CX may issue a refund, release payment, provide credit, facilitate rescheduling, or take another reasonable action based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Users agree not to falsely report that a completed mentorship session did not occur.
Fraudulent refund claims or manipulation of the confirmation process may result in account suspension or termination.
19. Mentor Payouts
Mentor payouts may be administered through Stripe, Stripe Connect, bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or another mutually acceptable payment method.
Payout availability, timing, and frequency may vary based on:
- country;
- payment provider availability;
- payment amount;
- currency;
- regulatory requirements;
- technical limitations;
- transfer costs.
Where reasonable, Mentors CX may aggregate smaller amounts into less frequent payouts to avoid disproportionate payment or international-transfer fees.
Mentors are responsible for:
- providing accurate payout information;
- keeping payment information current;
- providing tax information when required;
- complying with tax obligations applicable to their earnings.
Mentors CX may withhold, report, or remit taxes or other amounts where required by law.
Mentors CX is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payout information supplied by the mentor or events outside our reasonable control.
20. Mentor Status and Independence
Mentors participate in Mentors CX independently.
Except where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, participating as a mentor does not create an:
- employment relationship;
- agency relationship;
- partnership;
- joint venture;
- franchise;
- fiduciary relationship;
- authority to represent or legally bind Mentors CX.
Mentors control whether they participate, their availability, the requests they accept, and, once eligible, their mentorship rates.
Mentors are responsible for their own taxes, registrations, licenses, insurance, and legal obligations arising from their independent activities where applicable.
No mentor has authority to make commitments, warranties, contracts, or representations on behalf of Mentors CX unless we expressly authorize them in writing.
21. Mentor Vetting
Mentors CX maintains a mentor application and vetting process.
This may include:
- review of an application;
- review of professional information;
- review of publicly available professional profiles;
- evaluation by the Mentors CX team;
- a video interview before final mentor approval.
We use this process to help maintain the quality of the Mentors CX community.
However, vetting does not constitute a guarantee of a mentor's:
- credentials;
- employment history;
- expertise;
- qualifications;
- statements;
- character;
- suitability for a particular person;
- advice;
- conduct;
- availability;
- results.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether a mentor is appropriate for their needs.
If you believe a mentor has materially misrepresented their qualifications or behaved improperly, please contact support@mentorscx.com.
22. Mentorship Is Not Professional Advice
Mentorship provided through Mentors CX is intended for professional development, peer learning, experience sharing, and educational purposes.
Unless separately and expressly established between qualified parties outside the Mentors CX mentorship service, mentorship should not be treated as:
- legal advice;
- medical advice;
- mental-health or psychological treatment;
- financial or investment advice;
- accounting or tax advice;
- regulated employment advice;
- another regulated professional service.
Mentors may share experiences, opinions, suggestions, frameworks, or examples. These are not guarantees or instructions that must be followed.
You remain responsible for:
- your own professional decisions;
- verifying information where appropriate;
- obtaining qualified professional advice when needed;
- determining whether a suggestion is appropriate for your circumstances.
Mentors CX does not guarantee that following advice received through mentorship will produce a particular career, professional, financial, business, or personal outcome.
23. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
Mentors CX aims to foster a trusted environment, but participation in Mentors CX does not automatically create a formal non-disclosure agreement ("NDA"), attorney-client privilege, medical confidentiality relationship, or other legally privileged relationship between members, mentors, or Mentors CX.
Users are expected to act in good faith and respect information shared privately.
Our Community Guidelines also establish rules regarding privacy and sharing content from the Mentors CX community.
Nevertheless, you should use judgment when discussing real workplace situations.
Do not unnecessarily disclose:
- trade secrets;
- confidential employer information;
- confidential client information;
- passwords or access credentials;
- protected health information;
- sensitive personal information;
- financial account information;
- information subject to an NDA;
- information you are not authorized to disclose.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you share is information you are legally permitted to share.
Mentors CX cannot guarantee that another independent user will comply with confidentiality expectations.
If formal confidentiality protection is required for a particular discussion or business relationship, the relevant parties are responsible for arranging an appropriate separate agreement.
24. Community Guidelines
The Mentors CX community is intended to be helpful, respectful, candid, welcoming, and professionally valuable.
By joining or participating in the Mentors CX community, and by participating as a mentor where applicable, you agree to comply with our Community Guidelines.
The Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
They may include rules concerning:
- respectful behavior;
- harassment;
- discrimination;
- privacy;
- confidentiality;
- screenshots or republication;
- prospecting;
- spam;
- self-promotion;
- community participation;
- prohibited conduct.
25. Community Content and Golden Conversations
Content shared in member-only community spaces is generally expected to remain within the community in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
Mentors CX may operate programs through which particularly useful community contributions or discussions are nominated, selected, or preserved as community knowledge, including "Golden Conversations."
Any publication or use of selected community content outside the private community will be handled in accordance with our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, applicable permissions, and applicable law.
26. Enforcement and Account Suspension
Mentors CX may take reasonable action when we believe a user has violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, Fair Usage Policy, other applicable policies, or the intended purpose of the platform.
Actions may include:
- removing content;
- removing community posts;
- issuing a warning;
- restricting specific features;
- restricting booking privileges;
- restricting community access;
- temporarily suspending an account;
- removing mentor status;
- cancelling pending requests;
- permanently terminating an account.
Reasons may include:
- harassment;
- discrimination;
- abusive behavior;
- fraud;
- impersonation;
- dishonesty;
- unethical mentor behavior;
- repeated no-shows;
- repeated disruptive cancellations;
- spam;
- scraping;
- unauthorized solicitation;
- misuse of member information;
- payment fraud;
- abusive chargebacks;
- duplicate accounts;
- manipulation of promotions;
- misuse of the free-call offer;
- attempting to compromise the platform;
- violation of another person's rights;
- conduct that creates meaningful risk to Mentors CX or its community.
For serious or repeated violations, Mentors CX may terminate access without providing a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may take immediate action where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect users, Mentors CX, the community, or third parties.
Where appropriate, we may provide the affected user with a reason for a significant restriction, suspension, or termination.
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may contact support@mentorscx.com and request that we review the decision. We will consider reasonable requests in good faith but are not required to reverse an enforcement decision.
27. Recruiting, Prospecting, Spam, and Data Scraping
Mentors CX is a professional mentorship and community platform, not a database for unsolicited prospecting.
Unless expressly permitted by Mentors CX or welcomed by the recipient, you may not use Mentors CX to:
- scrape member or mentor information;
- harvest email addresses;
- build external contact databases;
- mass-message users;
- send spam;
- conduct unsolicited sales outreach;
- market unrelated services;
- use automated extraction tools;
- copy profile information at scale;
- distribute unauthorized promotional messages;
- recruit or solicit people in a disruptive or unsolicited manner;
- use information obtained through Mentors CX for purposes inconsistent with why it was shared.
Normal professional networking and genuine relationships are welcome.
The distinction is between authentic professional interaction and using Mentors CX or its community as a prospecting database.
28. Reporting Content or Conduct
If you believe content available through Mentors CX is unlawful, infringes your intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you may report it to support@mentorscx.com.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the content or conduct and understand the basis of your report.
We may investigate reports and, where appropriate, remove or restrict content, contact the relevant user, restrict functionality, or take other reasonable action.
29. Relationships Outside Mentors CX
Mentors and members may develop professional relationships that continue beyond a Mentors CX mentorship session or community interaction.
Mentors CX encourages users to use official Mentors CX channels for mentorship bookings where possible because doing so provides clearer booking records, payment handling, support, and platform protections.
However, we do not prohibit mentors and members from independently:
- staying in contact;
- networking;
- developing friendships;
- collaborating;
- pursuing employment opportunities;
- pursuing consulting engagements;
- entering other legitimate business relationships.
For example, a mentorship conversation may eventually lead to a larger consulting project between two users.
Those independent relationships are generally outside the scope of Mentors CX unless otherwise agreed.
Mentors CX is not responsible for contracts, payments, disputes, work product, representations, or other activities independently agreed between users outside the platform.
30. User Content
"User Content" means information or material you submit, publish, upload, or otherwise make available through Mentors CX, including:
- profile information;
- profile photos;
- bios;
- reviews;
- ratings;
- testimonials;
- community posts;
- comments;
- messages;
- files;
- other contributions.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by providing User Content to Mentors CX, you grant Mentors CX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, adapt for technical purposes, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:
- operate Mentors CX;
- provide the relevant feature;
- display your profile;
- administer the community;
- provide mentorship services;
- improve the platform;
- enforce our policies.
For content expressly provided publicly, such as public profiles, reviews, or testimonials, this license also allows us to display and promote that content in connection with Mentors CX.
This license generally ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from Mentors CX, except where the content has already been shared, incorporated into materials created with your permission, retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, or must be retained for legal or legitimate operational purposes.
For example, deletion of an account may not require Mentors CX to retrieve and delete a testimonial from materials already printed or published before the deletion request.
You represent that:
- you own your User Content or have permission to provide it;
- providing it does not violate another person's rights;
- it does not violate applicable law;
- it does not contain malicious code or intentionally harmful material.
31. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials help users evaluate mentors and understand the Mentors CX experience.
Public reviews or testimonials submitted to Mentors CX may be reused in reasonable Mentors CX marketing, including:
- website pages;
- social media;
- presentations;
- marketing materials;
- sales materials;
- promotional communications.
Where appropriate, this may include the name, profile photo, role, company, or other information already associated with the public review.
If you would like Mentors CX to stop using a particular review or testimonial in future promotional materials, contact support@mentorscx.com.
We will consider reasonable removal requests, subject to materials already produced, legal requirements, and other legitimate considerations.
32. Mentor-Created Materials
Mentors may independently share:
- templates;
- frameworks;
- presentations;
- documents;
- worksheets;
- methodologies;
- resources;
- other materials.
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of mentor-created materials remains with the mentor or applicable rights holder.
Receiving materials during mentorship does not automatically transfer intellectual-property ownership to the member.
Unless the mentor states otherwise, materials shared for mentorship purposes may generally be used by the recipient for their own personal or professional purposes but may not be:
- resold;
- republished;
- commercially distributed;
- falsely claimed as the recipient's original work;
- used in a manner that infringes the owner's rights.
Mentors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share materials they provide.
33. Mentors CX Intellectual Property
Mentors CX and its licensors retain all rights in the Mentors CX platform and materials created or owned by Mentors CX, including:
- the Mentors CX name and brand;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- website;
- software;
- designs;
- user interfaces;
- original text and content;
- databases;
- templates;
- platform functionality;
- graphics;
- proprietary resources.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Mentors CX intellectual property to users.
You may not, except where permitted by law or authorized by us:
- copy substantial portions of the platform;
- scrape the service;
- reproduce proprietary Mentors CX resources for resale;
- reverse engineer protected software;
- create misleading derivative services;
- use Mentors CX trademarks without permission;
- remove proprietary notices;
- commercially exploit Mentors CX intellectual property.
34. Referral Program
Mentors CX may operate referral or affiliate programs that allow eligible participants to earn compensation for qualifying referrals.
Referral opportunities may provide eligible participants with revenue share of up to 50% for a period of up to 12 months of an eligible referred member's active paid membership, depending on the applicable referral offer.
The exact:
- eligibility criteria;
- referral percentage;
- attribution method;
- qualifying transactions;
- commission period;
- payout schedule;
- exclusions;
- fraud rules;
- termination provisions
will be governed by the applicable Referral Program Terms.
Participation in a referral program constitutes acceptance of those additional terms.
Mentors CX may offer different referral arrangements to different eligible participants, campaigns, or partnerships.
35. Company-Sponsored Memberships
A company, employer, or other organization may purchase or reimburse an individual's Mentors CX membership.
Unless Mentors CX expressly offers a separate organizational product:
- the membership remains associated with the individual member;
- the account may not be shared among multiple employees;
- the individual member must agree to and comply with these Terms;
- sponsorship does not give the paying organization ownership of the member's account.
Separate commercial terms may apply where Mentors CX enters into a direct agreement with an organization.
36. Third-Party Services
Mentors CX integrates with or links to services operated by third parties.
These may include services used for:
- payments;
- calendars;
- video conferencing;
- community hosting;
- authentication;
- communications;
- social networking;
- analytics.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical requirements.
Mentors CX does not control third-party services and does not guarantee that they will:
- remain available;
- remain compatible with Mentors CX;
- operate without errors;
- maintain the same features;
- continue providing services in every jurisdiction.
Your use of third-party services may create a separate contractual relationship between you and that provider.
37. Changes to Pricing, Features, and Membership Benefits
Mentors CX evolves over time.
We may change:
- pricing;
- membership options;
- membership benefits;
- platform features;
- community tools;
- booking functionality;
- Fair Usage rules;
- mentor programs;
- integrations;
- features available to free or paid users.
Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate or legally required.
For material changes to membership pricing, we will generally provide at least 30 days' advance notice before the new price takes effect, unless a different period is required by applicable law.
Membership price changes will apply to a future renewal and will not retroactively change the price of a billing period you have already paid for.
You may cancel your membership before the new price takes effect.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
38. Beta and Experimental Features
Mentors CX may introduce:
- beta features;
- experimental functionality;
- artificial-intelligence tools;
- new matching systems;
- new community experiences;
- pilot programs.
These features may:
- change;
- contain errors;
- have limited availability;
- be discontinued;
- operate differently from established features.
Use of a beta or experimental feature may be subject to additional terms or notices.
39. Platform Availability
Mentors CX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Technology occasionally fails.
Mentors CX does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access;
- 100% uptime;
- error-free functionality;

You should contact Mentors CX if you believe a charge is incorrect before initiating an unnecessary chargeback where reasonably possible.
