Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited mentorship, with room for everyone.

Mentors CX is designed to give members ongoing access to mentorship whenever they need it.

We describe mentorship as unlimited because there is no fixed monthly cap on the number of calls you can complete.

To keep mentor availability fair and prevent a small number of members from holding too many spots at once, we use a simple queue limit.

You can have up to 4 mentorship calls queued at a time.

That means you can have up to four upcoming mentorship calls booked or pending at once.

Once one of those calls takes place, you can request another.

There is no monthly limit on how many calls you can complete.

Why we have this policy

Mentors CX is built around access to real people who are generously sharing their time and experience.

The four-call queue helps us:

  • keep mentor availability open for more members
  • prevent excessive or speculative booking
  • encourage thoughtful mentor selection
  • reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations
  • protect the quality of the mentorship experience

The goal is not to limit how often you use Mentors CX.

It's to make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to use it.

What counts toward the 4-call limit?

Any upcoming mentorship call that is confirmed or currently queued counts toward your limit.

Once a call is completed, that spot opens up and you can book another.

Example

If you already have four upcoming mentorship calls scheduled, you'll need to complete one before booking a fifth.

After that call takes place, you can immediately request another.

Can I book with different mentors?

Yes.

Your membership gives you access to the mentor network, and you're encouraged to speak with different people depending on what you're working through.

You might talk to one mentor about leadership, another about support operations, and someone else later about a completely different challenge.

The fair usage limit applies to the number of calls queued at once, not the number of mentors you can meet.

Do paid mentor sessions count too?

Yes.

The queue limit applies to mentorship calls booked through Mentors CX whether the mentor offers the session at no additional cost or charges an hourly rate.

Any mentor fee is always shown before you book.

What happens if I reach the limit?

Nothing negative happens to your account.

You'll simply need to wait until one of your four queued calls takes place before requesting another.

Once a slot opens, you can continue booking as usual.

Please book thoughtfully

Mentor time is valuable.

Only request calls you genuinely intend to attend, and cancel or reschedule as early as possible if your plans change.

Repeated no-shows, excessive cancellations, spam booking, or behavior that negatively affects mentor availability may result in additional limits or account review.
