I'm a professional recruiter with over 20 years experience including 10 in the CX world. I have worked for global companies, SMEs and since 2024 I run my own business, Ellison Coast. I established Ellison Coast in response to the changing requirements of people and teams in the CX space that I have been witnessing since 2020. I work with professionals across the world helping them to move their careers forward effectively and I also work with hirers that need specific, CX focused, solutions to attracting talent. In addition to this I am the product director for fastracx, which is a CX specific early careers training platform. This is aimed at reducing attrition within the contact centres themselves through better training and enablement of the agents.
