• Preserving top insights: Mentors CX periodically recognizes exceptional community discussions as Golden Threads. Selected conversations may be summarized and preserved in the members-only Mentors CX Community Vault so valuable knowledge isn't lost when Slack history expires.
• Attribution & privacy: We will always ask for permission before publicly attributing or directly quoting an identifiable member outside of Slack. You may also request that your contribution be anonymized or excluded from a Community Vault entry.

2. Protect sensitive information & respect privacy
