Nine years ago, I joined my company as a Level 1 Associate, coming from a background in call centers and hospitality (waiting tables, bartending, room service, I did it all!). My journey has been one of growth and learning, moving through roles like QA support, Team Lead, Team Manager, Operations Manager, Sr. Ops Manager, and now supporting the team as a Director of Partner Services. This journey has allowed me to mentor different people with different backgrounds and provide tailored and specific guidance.
