Policy & Terms and Conditions for the Dedicated Mentorship Plan

1. General Terms

By subscribing to the Nova Plan (Dedicated Mentorship Plan), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Mentors CX reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

2. Subscription & Payment

  • The Dedicated Mentorship Plan is a monthly subscription service priced at $199 per month.
  • The subscription fee is non-refundable and will be automatically be renewed every month unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payment is processed securely through our platform, and subscribers must keep their payment details updated.

3. Mentor Selection & Sessions

  • Mentees must select one dedicated mentor upon subscribing.
  • The plan includes one (1) session per week, with a maximum of four (4) sessions per month.
  • Missed sessions by the mentee do not roll over to the next month.
  • If a mentor cancels or is unavailable, the mentor must reschedule the session with the mentee.

4. Booking & Rescheduling

  • Mentees are responsible for booking their sessions in advance using the platform’s scheduling tool.
  • Failure to book or attend a session results in forfeiture of that session.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only in cases where the mentor cancels or is unable to attend.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Mentees cannot request refunds or prorations for missed or unused sessions.
  • If a mentor consistently cancels or is unavailable, mentees may request a mentor reassignment or cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

6. Switching Mentors

  • Mentees may request a mentor change at the start of a new billing cycle.
  • Mid-cycle mentor changes are not allowed, except in cases where a mentor is permanently unavailable or removed from the platform.

7. Code of Conduct

  • All users (mentors and mentees) must adhere to professional conduct standards.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
  • Mentors are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and engagement with their mentees.

8. Termination of Service

  • Mentors CX reserves the right to terminate a user’s subscription for violations of platform policies.
  • If a mentee is found misusing the service, their access may be revoked without a refund.
  • Mentors who fail to uphold commitments may be removed from the platform.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Mentors CX acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the advice or guidance provided by mentors.
  • The platform does not guarantee specific outcomes from mentorship sessions.

By subscribing to the Dedicated Mentorship Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
