My role enables me to take a design led, consultative approach to client engagement, understanding your business drivers, the levers you need to move. As well as understanding what your clients needs are and the cultural change program needed to move your business forwards.
I have worked with Central and Local government services to improve Citizen and Employee experiences. Examples include reducing duplication and manual effort in Central Government services, and improving local council experiences with water leaks.
I've worked with many different retailers to improve sales, marketing and service experiences including colleague engagement and sales performance management.
